How scheduling works
You configure time slots at the account level or the iPhone level, depending on how you’ve organized your farm. Each slot is a reserved window when Warmr will execute one full post cycle for that account. When a slot opens, Warmr checks the queue, pulls the next piece of content, and runs the complete sequence: warmup activity, post upload, and post-post warmup. Slots can be assigned uniformly across all accounts on a device or customized per account, so you can stagger output across your farm to avoid a burst of simultaneous posts from the same IP.What happens inside a slot
Each posting slot is not just an upload. It’s a structured session:Pre-post warmup
Before the post goes out, Warmr runs a warmup session on the account: scrolling, liking, and engaging naturally. This primes the account’s recent activity log so the post lands in an active-looking session.
Post upload
Warmr navigates to the post creation screen, enters your caption and settings, and submits the post using real on-screen taps on your iPhone.
No double-posting guarantee
When multiple iPhones run simultaneously, Warmr coordinates sessions automatically to prevent two accounts from being assigned the same content or two sessions from colliding on the same device. Each session is reserved before it starts and cleared when it ends, so conflicts are impossible even when your entire farm is active at once.Auto-resume after stalls and reboots
Warmr tracks the progress of every session in the background. If a session stalls mid-upload (because an app crashed, the iPhone locked up, or your Mac rebooted), Warmr detects the incomplete state on restart and resumes automatically. You don’t lose the post, and the slot gets retried cleanly.Scaling across accounts and iPhones
Each iPhone supports up to 8 accounts per platform, though 3–4 TikTok or Instagram accounts per iPhone is the best-practice sweet spot. All of those accounts can share a posting schedule, with Warmr managing sequencing so they don’t step on each other. As you add more iPhones to your farm, the total scheduling capacity scales with it.If a post fails (e.g., the app layout changed), Warmr logs the error and retries on the next slot. Layout patches ship within 24–48 hours of a platform update.
