Your license key is the credential that activates the Warmr Mac app and enforces your plan’s device limits. Every paid plan and free trial comes with exactly one key. It’s tied to your account, controls how many iPhones Warmr can manage at once, and must be present in the app for Warmr to run.

Where to find your key

Warmr delivers your license key in two places:

Email

Your key is sent to your inbox immediately after you complete signup or purchase. Search for an email from Warmr if you don’t see it right away.

Dashboard

Sign in to your dashboard at app.warmr.so at any time to view and copy your key.

Activating your key

1

Open the Warmr Mac app

Launch Warmr on your Mac. If this is your first time opening the app, it displays the activation screen automatically.
2

Paste your license key

Copy your key from your email or dashboard, then paste it into the license key field on the activation screen.
3

Click Activate

Click Activate. Warmr verifies the key with the licensing server and unlocks the app. The activation screen closes and your dashboard opens. You’re ready to add your first iPhone.

Device limits

Your plan determines how many iPhones you can have active in Warmr at the same time:
PlanMax iPhones
Free1
Solo1
Rack3
ScaleUnlimited
If you try to add an iPhone that would exceed your plan’s limit, Warmr will prompt you to upgrade before proceeding. Upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard at app.warmr.so.
Your license key is personal and non-transferable. Do not share, resell, or publish it. Misuse, including sharing the key with others or using it across multiple individuals’ accounts, may result in permanent key revocation.
If you lose your key, sign in at app.warmr.so to retrieve it. Contact hi@warmr.so if you need further help.

What happens when you change your plan

Upgrading takes effect immediately. Your device allowance increases right away and Warmr lets you add more iPhones without waiting for a new billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current limits until the cycle ends, then the lower device count applies. Make sure the number of active iPhones in Warmr matches your new plan before the cycle renews to avoid any disruption.
