Safe agent actions

Repo-safe actions

• Read source files and docs.
• Create or edit repo-native Markdown docs for the requested scope.
• Run freshness scripts.
• Run local checks that do not require paid hosted infrastructure.
• Show git status and diff stats.

Control-plane-safe actions

• Run read-only commands such as status, devices list, templates list, and thread list.
• Use --json for stable agent parsing.
• Subscribe to logs for visibility when a run is already approved.

Action commands

• thread start, thread stop, evidence export, and app lifecycle commands are action commands.
• Use them only when operator intent is explicit and lane state is understood.
• Capture logs and final state after action commands.

Docs-safe actions

• Use Current, In progress, and Planned labels.
• Preserve the SignalRoom and Warmr relationship.
• Keep copy within the claims guardrails.
• Do not write credentials, keys, tokens, or private setup secrets into docs.
